About

CIT (UK)  is an Apple Service Provider and Microsoft Partner based in Leicester, specializing in delivering sales and support to professional Mac and PC users. We have our own service centre where we handle all of our repair work, and because we are service focused we offer a complete range of options from telephone and remote support to onsite hardware cover.

 We pride ourselves on delivering the services that you actually need. We employ Apple and Microsoft Certified Technicians which means that we can provide our customers with access to top-level people within the industry. Our technical competence has enhanced our reputation as a premium service provider and differentiates us from our competitors.

Our company boasts a very impressive portfolio of customers within creative, finance, public sector, engineering and education sectors. Many larger organizations such as the NHS and local government regularly use our services to support their own internal IT staff and infrastructures.

Nathan Nelson
Technical Director


Nathan is the founder and Managing Director of CIT (UK). He manages the day to day running of the company, ensures that deadlines are met, manages projects and provides senior technical support.

Sarah Garner
Marketing Manager


A key member of the office team, Sarah takes care of our marketing strategy, advertising and account handling. With a background in graphic design, Sarah ensures that our company image looks sharp and ready for the 21st century!

Paul Deaville
Third Line Support Technician


Highly experienced with a distinguished service record, Paul is the 'go to' guy when it comes to server and network infrastructure support. He's a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

John Pegg
Account Handler


John has been with the company for the last five years. He handles contract renewals, account handling, media campaigns and general office management. To be completely honest, we're not sure what we'd do without him!

Lauren Smith
Helpdesk Assistant


Supporting the team from behind the scenes, Lauren looks after our managed cloud services, web hosting platforms and assists with the day to day running of our online helpdesk service.

Peter Brooks
Second Line Support Technician


Peter has an impressive background working with both Macs and PC and boasts a string of qualifications including Cisco CCNA, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, a Casper Certified Administrator. With over 10 years of experience there's no doubt he knows what he's doing!
